The client, WeTicket is a point of sale for ticket reselling. Their objective is to make the ticket systems more intelligent and user-friendly by automating the process. In addition, they strive their best to offer the lowest possible price to allow the cultural sector to flourish.
In collaboration with the client, They’s product team built a usable web application followed by conversion of domain knowledge. It resulted in the automation of the ticketing process enabling users to have an enriching experience throughout. With the help of the new platform, the client was able to speed up the work along with maintaining the scalability and simplicity of the whole process. Thus, saving more time.
