Challenge: How to support with Tally's new user acquisition campaigns.

Tally Money instructed us to support with their new user acquisition campaigns. The goals put in place were to utilise channels such as Facebook & Instagram, Apple Search Ads & Google UAC to deliver new user installs and account registrations. Alongside this work we supported the team with the implementation of Mixpanel to improve their data analytics and user behaviour reporting to help improve conversion rates.
Early results showed high cost metrics and we quickly identified that this was due to the creatives being used. After optimising the assets being used in the delivery, we saw a 92% decrease in the cost per install and a significant 250% increase in user activation.
