Solution

We aim to enhance the customer experience and customer satisfaction by optimizing the services. This is done by the implementation of the Oracle Service Cloud in their Contact Centre and importing their products into the new service system.

Project Information

We are proud that Independer has chosen We Square as their partner for implementing Oracle Service Cloud in their energy platform customer contact center. 

This project aims at enhancing the customer experience by optimization of the customer services: 

  • Implementation of the Oracle Service Cloud in their Contact Centre
  • Importing their products into their new service system
  • Integrating existing workflows into the agent’s workspaces
  • Integrating online information flows into the database

Solution

The implementation of the project contained 3 stages: 

Stage 1 

  • Kick-off / Analysis / Documentation
  • Implementation of Oracle Service Cloud
  • Importing products

Stage 2 

  • Development of the Customer Portal
  • Development of required middleware service
  • Training for their trainers/admin

Stage 3

  • Connecting supplier APIs to the middleware service
