Challenge: Reimaging user engagement to increase LTV, revenue and retention with data at the heart of it all
Solution: incorporating an automated user engagement system for more basic functionality, building user-specific and personalised messaging to bring users back.

After identifying that My Rent Rewards was missing a data strategy, we supported them in the application of Mixpanel. This allowed us to run fully optimised user acquisition campaigns on Facebook, and also to incorporate a user engagement strategy to improve retention.
After incorporating an automated user engagement system for more basic functionality, we built on this with user-specific and personalised messaging to bring users back to the app and redeem vouchers.
The user engagement strategy instantly started to garner better results. Over a three month period we had managed to increase the client’s revenue 2X compared to the same time period a year earlier.
With users being acquired for less than £3 at the point of registration, our client grew significantly in a short space of time.
