Provision of general and life insurance, fund management services and long term savings products are the major activities of the Aviva company. With 29,600 employees and 33 million customers, the company has an asset of £289.9 billion.
The Aviva company needed a mobile solution for improving their sales processes and customer relationship management, apart from their flexible, customer-oriented approach. We at Miquido created an application that enabled them, optimization the management, and also organizing their calendars and make certain reports. Besides this, it also enabled direct reporting to the headquarters of the company using geolocation, made extensive sales lead reporting modules, and also pushed notifications.
