Challenge: Digitize the internal workflow and document life cycle in the Local Police department in the city of Suceava.
Solution: Research and development of a platform that streamlines the internal processes of the institution, offers document management and generation services.
User Group: Local police officers.
Our client wanted to digitize the internal processes of the institution. We designed and implemented a platform that streamlines them and makes it very efficient to realize common tasks. The application is role based, and offers each role access to different modules. All documents that were on paper are now digital, and the management of document life cycle is a lot more efficient.
