Challenge: Frequent communication between stable owners and horse owners about the care of the horses, the availability of facilities, planning of horse-riding classes, and the organization of special events.
Solution: Development of a user-friendly app for stable owners and horse owners to manage and log the communication details taking place between stable owners and customers or between horse owners to make everyday operations easier.
User Group: Stable and horse owners.
In Horse Info, you can store all the information you need for your customers and their horse(s) including the horse medication, blacksmith identity, and vet identity, etc. Once you have entered or updated your horse information in Horse info, everyone associated with that horse will be informed immediately. A separate agenda can be kept for each horse. To manage all the facilities that the stable offers, there is a clear overview of all the facilities that are offered, as well as a schedule per facility that makes it possible for customers or co-drivers to check whether the essential entities are there or not.
The app also enables you to send messages to multiple customers, announcement of competitions and special events as well as introducing new customers. As soon as the message is sent, your customers will immediately receive a notification on their mobile. Customers can easily communicate with each other through this app.
Horse Info can also be used as a management tool for stable owners, as it enables them to manage and appoint tasks to staff or interns, and allows them to log, check and invoice tasks that are already completed.
