Challenge: The objective is to improve the market position of the member companies who sell to 32 thousand customers.
Solution: Development of an app for Gildepak that allows customers to re-order products quickly.
User Group: Gildepak customers.
Gildepak consists of 16 independent packing wholesalers spread over 19 companies throughout the Netherlands with a total of 255 employees. With 40 years of experience, they form the largest partnership for the purchase of packaging materials. Gildepak has provided high added value at a low cost to its member companies. The objective is to improve the market position of the member companies who sell to 32,000 customers.
We have developed an app for Gildepak that allows customers to re-order the products quickly.
In general, for example, A snack bar places an order for the same products every time that includes milkshake cups, plastic containers for fries, etc. Previously, customers were spending more amount of time and effort in placing an order. With our app, they can now simply walk past the products and order the same products again with a one-way click effort.
For every wholesaler/company, there is a specially created app depicting their corporate identity, company logos, and designs exclusively created by We square.
