Solution: We carried out an explorative data analysis project for the selected area and continued to build a PoC solution for user testing

  • Challenge: Our customer needed a partner for innovating and developing AI and data analytics solutions for building design.​
  • Solution: We investigated and scoped the problem area and identified key areas for development. We further carried out an explorative data analysis project for the selected area and continued to build a PoC solution for user testing. The work was initiated in 2021 and has been active since.​
  • User Group: Company’s internal and external building developers and product development team.
  • One of the largest Finnish companies in the design and consultancy of built environments was investigating possibilities for adopting various AI and data analytics methods and solutions in the building design process.​
  • Various initiatives had been identified and proposed. Different data sources had been explored and a platform for unified data control and utilization was in development. Teamit provided the customer with expertise in scoping, planning, and implementing the project and consulting on the big picture of the development.​
  • Teamit’s experts work in close cooperation with the customer’s various business stakeholders and development teams in ensuring the utility and usability of the solution meet the requirements. ​
