Company time management solution

Client

The client is a German-based company. They previously used Basecamp for task management. The tool worked well for them initially but was not malleable to their growing needs. They needed more clarity on certain time tracking which Basecamp was unable to provide. 

Project

The company wanted an easy-to-use task management custom software solution with time reporting functionality. In addition, it should have reflected the client’s business model and the spirit of innovation. When the client came to use with the requirement, we proposed a custom solution with the functionalities they were looking for. This included task management, time management, and easy user authorization via Google Maps.

After the initial production release, DevCom started using the task management solution for communications with the client. Particularly, DevCom used the system for the project billing as well as for the upcoming, related projects. Lastly and most importantly, the client received the custom software solution very well and was using from practically day one.
