Appysalons engaged us to run their user acquisition campaigns on social channels for both their B2B and B2C markets.
In order for us to optimise this process there was a Mixpanel implementation project, too.
B2B
From the outset the campaigns were generating leads under the target cost of acquisition. We were ahead of the curve in the pandemic versus their competitors, but the market became quickly saturated which meant we had to act quickly to avoid over-paying for new businesses.
B2C
We were successfully acquiring new users to the platform for sub £2. Initial analysis showed these users were engaged and activated in the app in a short space of time.
