Digitalizing the cultural treasure and historical documents

The digital encyclopedia of Satu Mare was built for one of our clients: the Museum of Satu Mare County - Romania, in order to make the cultural treasure and historical documents (in the possession of the museum and its partner institutions) accessible to everyone in a fast, transparent and  spectacular way. The user base of the product ranges from the simple site visitor to the researchers from the academic environment. Due to the structure, the organization of the content and the user rights, the product can be easily used for both educational and research purposes and it is accessible from both desktop and mobile devices.

The site was built in Wordpress CMS paltform and is available in three languages. In the development the main goal was to reduce the used plugins by the system, consequently the SEO and the translations were resolved with plugins.
