Absolutely. There are lots of big companies (Lego, Twitter, McKinsey, Bose to name a few) who run Design Sprints regularly. You can use the process as is for testing new ideas.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The key issues I've seen with big companies is getting buy-in to try this process. My advice for that is to start with parts of the Design Sprint (start with some user testing, or perhaps the workshop) and then build up to do a full Design Sprint.&nbsp;
